Travel & Visa
We strongly advise that prospective participants should arrange for Ghanaian visa at least one month before the commencement of their chosen program. IGDC will facilitate this by providing them with acceptance letters and other documentation to enable them to apply for Ghanaian entry visa in their countries. Citizens of ECOWAS Member States do not need VISA at the time of entering Ghana. However, citizens of most African countries are issued VISAs at the port of entry. Please note that the course fee charged does not include our travel cost to and from the participant’s country. It is advised that participants should collaborate with their sponsors to budget for airfare, accommodation, per diems, allowances and other incidental costs.
Accomodation & Food
IGDC arranges accommodation for all our delegates at the time of their application. Most of our delegates lodge at good hotels near our institution. The rates for typical accommodation chosen by most delegates are as follows;

Local Transport Arrangement
As part of our extended welfare service accorded to our participants, we arrange the reception of our participants arriving, most by air, at the various airports to the training centre and their pre-arranged accommodation locations. We do not charge for this service. Similarly, we arrange participants’ departure to the airport at the end of their course. PMT’s protocol officers will facilitate all the transport arrangements pertaining to study tours, excursions and related training projects to enable the smooth conduct of our courses.
